Third year internal medicine residents graduating class of June 2003:  The purpose of this course is to provide a forum for internal medicine residents to review pertinent material in preparation for the American Board of Internal Medicine certification exam.  The course will contain all subspecialties of internal medicine and associated specialties.  The applicant will receive a concise review of sample board related material.  Workshops will be case-based and interactive.

Recertifying internists:  Also invited to attend are practicing physicians in internal medicine from the residency class of 1993 and earlier, seeking to review their internal medicine course material in preparation for recertification examination by the ABIM.  These groups will also seek continuing medical education credits:  AMA, AOA, AAFP.

The third group attending will be physicians in practice who desire Continuing Medical Education (CME) and appropriate certification in internal medicine and family medicine will attend. Subspecialists in internal medicine and other physicians seeking a foundation of medical knowledge and review and CME credit will find this program of great educational value (see accreditation statement).
