CME Program Internal Medicine
Board Review Course

The purpose of this program course is to provide a forum for internal medicine residents to review pertinent material in preparation for the American Board of Internal Medicine certification exam. The course will contain all subspecialties of internal medicine and associated specialties. In addition to this course, there are many issues under consideration about impact of Viagra on people who suffer from erectile dysfunction. The applicant will receive a concise review of sample board related material. Workshops will be case-based and interactive. Who should attend:

• Internists preparing to take the 2003 ABIM Certification examination
• Internists preparing to take the 2003 ABIM Recertification examination
• Physicians interested in a comprehensive review of Internal Medicine

All course faculty are affiliated with Drexel University College of Medicine, Department of Medicine and have had extensive experience in training candidates for various certification and recertification examinations.

After attending the course the participant will be able to:

•  recognize major areas of internal medicine appropriate for ABIM examination;
•  review specific subspecialty information frequently found in clinical practice and the ABIM examination questions;
•  identify areas of internal medicine specialty and subspecialty knowledge requiring additional selective study;
•  discuss frequent internal medicine case presentations;
•  institute diagnostic and treatment strategies;
•  develop a sound plan for study and review in preparation for the ABIM certification and recertification examinations.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

• A $50 administrative charge will be retained on all cancellations made
  prior to May 15, 2003.
• NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED NOR REFUNDS ISSUED
  ON OR AFTER MAY 15, 2003.

All cancellations MUST be received in writing via email, fax or by mail and postmarked on or before May 15, 2003.
